The Terms of Service incorporate the Privacy Policy and the DPA by reference. The measures published on the Security page are Annex III of the DPA. The Imprint is the disclosure required by § 5 ECG and is not part of the agreement.

Sykik is a venture in the process of incorporation. Registration with the Commercial Register (Firmenbuch) and allocation of a VAT identification number (UID) are in progress.

Until incorporation is completed, the natural persons named above bear responsibility for the content of this website.
