What is Sykik, exactly?

A platform for AI agents that work inside the tools your team already uses. Everyone gets their own assistant that drafts and carries out work — on request, on a schedule, or triggered by an event such as a calendar entry or an incoming mail.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

A chat assistant answers you in a tab. Sykik works in your accounts: it reads the thread, pulls the file from Drive, writes the draft and leaves it ready for approval. And Sykik is not tied to one model: a provider API, open weights, or your own — you decide per job, and it can run EU-sovereign where that matters.

Which models can we use?

Three routes, and you mix them freely: provider APIs (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) on Sykik credits, open-weights models, or your own fine-tuned model on infrastructure you control — which is how the whole thing can run EU-sovereign. One thing worth knowing about credits: we do not send everything to a frontier model, we pick the model that suits the job. Rewriting a subject line does not need a top-tier model; analysing a contract does.

Where does our data live?

Sykik runs on Google Cloud in europe-west regions, encrypted with AES-256. Where inference goes to a provider outside the EU, the transfer is governed by standard contractual clauses and named in the privacy policy. With your own key or your own model, inference stays wherever you want it.

Does my team have to learn something new?

No. Sykik lives next to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Slack. There is a surface of its own for tasks, skills and approvals — but the daily work happens where it happens today.

What happens with risky actions?

Every tool call is classified before it runs. Reads always run, reversible work from the draft tier up, irreversible work only on autopilot — otherwise Sykik stops and asks. Anything the classifier does not know asks in every tier.

What does Sykik cost?

Two paid plans, both per seat. All-In includes the model bill as credits, including the work that runs when nobody is there. Bring your own model costs less and has you pay your provider directly. Current prices are on the pricing page at /landing/pricing.

Which tools does Sykik connect to today?

Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Google Chat) and Microsoft 365 through Microsoft Graph (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams), plus Slack — each with only the OAuth scopes you grant. Anything beyond that arrives through MCP servers your admin approves.

What is an MCP server?

An open standard that lets Sykik reach further tools without us building a bespoke integration for each one. Your admin decides which servers the workspace may use and who may use them. New tools have to be classified first — until they are, every write call asks in every autonomy tier.

How do we teach Sykik something?

You show it once — a format, a rule, an order of steps — and save it as a skill. Skills start out yours and can be shared with the team. Sykik also proposes skills when it sees the same pattern repeatedly; a person approves them.

Can Sykik start on its own?

Yes, in two ways: on a schedule (every Friday at seven) and on an event (a calendar entry approaching, a mail arriving). What comes out follows the same autonomy tier as everything else — on draft you find a draft in the morning, not a sent result.

What do I see first thing in the morning?

The digest: what finished overnight, what is running, and what is waiting for your approval. Questions are answered right there, without hunting for the conversation they came from.

Who can see what Sykik did?

Accepted Answer

Every gated decision lands in the audit trail on the team page — what was proposed, who approved it, what ran as a result. Plain reads are deliberately not in there: the trail shows decisions, not every keystroke.

Can we limit Sykik to one area?

Yes, at three levels: your admin decides which connections someone may use at all; the autonomy tier can be set per person and per conversation; and access to a further tool server goes through a request someone has to approve.

What happens when Sykik gets something wrong?

Accepted Answer

Models are wrong sometimes, which is why the gate exists. On the draft tier you get a draft instead of an executed action, irreversible work always waits for your approval, and the audit trail says what actually happened. Turning a tier back down is a setting, not a migration.

Is there a mobile app?

Sykik is an installable web app — home screen, its own window, push notifications for things waiting on your approval. No app store download needed.

Is our data used to train models?

Accepted Answer

No. Inference runs through a gateway we configure to disallow training use, and providers whose terms permit training on submitted data are excluded. Where providers offer zero data retention we use it; otherwise they typically hold data for 0–30 days for abuse monitoring. With your own key or your own model, whatever you agreed with your provider applies.

Who are your sub-processors?

Google Cloud for hosting in EU regions, an inference gateway and the model providers behind it, the Google Workspace and Microsoft Graph APIs within the OAuth scopes you grant, and Stripe for payments. The full list with purpose and data category is in the privacy policy.

How long is our data kept?

Accepted Answer

History and outputs stay until you delete them — on account closure, plus 30 days. Account data 90 days after closure, product analytics 26 months at most, payment records seven years because Austrian law requires it. The privacy policy lists every category on its own row.

Can we have everything deleted?

Accepted Answer

Yes. GDPR rights apply in full, erasure under Art. 17 included; the only exception is what we are legally required to keep, such as invoices. Connections can be revoked one by one at any time, without closing the account.

How long does setup take?

The connection itself is an OAuth click and takes minutes. The first workflow that genuinely saves time needs a conversation about what actually piles up on your side — which is exactly what we do together during early access.

What if we want to stop?

You revoke the connections in your Google or Microsoft account and with us; after that Sykik reaches nothing. Return and deletion at the end of a contract follow the rules in the data processing agreement — readable before you sign.
